Great advice. You only need to go wide once you can scale. To scale on social you need a team because there is more than one person can handle.

This why you see people like Gary Vee having a team of people. They knew they wanted to scale but they didn’t have the bandwidth to do it all.

Stay in your lane until you can afford a team. Then expand else where.
