Intermittent fasting, how it’s changing my life.
Over the years, I have always had issues with my weight. Even as a 4 year old, I was obese. Weight never had any major effects on my life. I have always been pretty active. The past few months, though, I’ve been having problem with my clothes being too tight and my back has been killing me. Just standing, for more than a few minutes, has been rough and let’s not even get into walking.
In the past, I had been able to just give up sodas and drop weight pretty easily. So I thought. I tried this again about 6 months ago and ended up just gaining weight. I’ve never been one for sweets. Also, I figured out I’m allergic to milk, so I have given up most of my favorites. I was back to square one.
I try not to watch the scale too much but when my jeans started to hurt, and I was having trouble keeping up with my family, enough was enough. I’ve known I needed to do something but there a so many options for diets, it’s overwhelming. To be honest, most of the time, I just eat meals to say that I ate and so I didn’t starve to death. For the most part. I don’t binge eat, or eat out of boredom.
